The Impact You’ll Make

As Cluster Director of Sales & Distribution, you will drive revenue growth, market positioning, and customer engagement, leading with vision and collaboration.

What You’ll Do
  1. Lead and inspire sales and event teams across both hotels.
  2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans for business travel, MICE, and leisure segments.
  3. Build relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  4. Coordinate with Marketing and Revenue teams to meet commercial goals.
  5. Represent the hotels at industry events.
  6. Analyze market data to guide strategies.
  7. Negotiate contracts confidently.
  8. Promote a culture of excellence and innovation.
What We’re Looking For
  1. 3–4 years of proactive hotel sales experience with a successful track record.
  2. Strong leadership and team success passion.
  3. Fluent in German and English; additional languages a plus.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office and Opera Sales & Catering.
  6. Customer-focused, entrepreneurial, and driven to exceed expectations.
  7. Willing to travel; positive attitude.
  8. Legal right to work in the EU.
