The Role

You will take full operational ownership of building, optimizing, and scaling processes across a dynamic and growing business unit. Working closely with the CEO and CFO, you will ensure that ambitious growth targets are achieved through clear structures, operational excellence, and transformation initiatives.

This role requires a hands-on, analytical, and execution-driven leader who can balance strategic vision with pragmatic implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, implement, and continuously optimize operational processes for:
• B2C experience formats
• Define and roll out a Target Operating Model
• Implement new systems, tools, and action plans to drive efficiency and scalability
• Continuously analyze, evaluate, and optimize processes and workflows
• Prioritize and execute tough decisions in a structured, transparent manner
• Lead and develop operational teams with a clear focus on results and accountability
• Act as a sparring partner to CEO and CFO in scaling and steering the business

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in a senior operational leadership role (COO, Director Operations, Transformation Lead or equivalent)
• Proven expertise in process design, optimization, and execution
• Strong analytical mindset paired with hands-on problem-solving skills
• Experience in Target Operating Models, business transformation, and systems implementation
• Decisive, pragmatic, and resilient – able to keep a cool head under pressure
• Industry experience in Leisure, Entertainment, Food & Beverage is strongly preferred
• Consulting experience in these sectors (Operations, Transformation, Process Optimization) is highly valued
• Fluent in German and English
