Channel Marketing Manager, Weller - Besigheim

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Channel Marketing Director in managing regional annual channel marketing plans, forecasts and budgets to provide input for growth, KPIs & analysis. (Distribution, eCommerce & Retail)
  2. Define, build & track EMEA product trial demo order programs
  3. Track channel marketing progress, manage/support forecasts & market pricing and report on key metrics
  4. Development/enhancement of value propositions per market segment and presentation material for general use and for project-specific applications
  5. Planning, execution & tracking of Weller promotions, events & programs
  6. Work collaboratively with the EMEA sales & agents to drive Product vitality & channel growth through channel marketing initiatives
  7. Managing Retail merchandiser in-store & online activities
  8. Financial analysis and communication of yearly price increases for Retailers in coordination with product management & Sales
  9. Conduct market research to gather insights into customer behaviors & vertical market opportunities
  10. Collaborate with Weller merchandising team to drive channel online content enrichment

Critical Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
  2. Proven experience in marketing management, product management or sales
  3. Experience in eComm/Retail/Distribution and/or B2B sales
  4. Experience with digital marketing and e-commerce platforms
  5. Strong Microsoft Office Powerpoint & Excel skills
  6. Flexibility to travel (20%)
  7. Fluent in German and English
