Bids & Tenders Manager (f/m/d) Pharma & MedTech for the DACH-region

based in Unterschleißheim, near Munich.

Your role at Baxter:

In this key position, you will take responsibility for the operational core areas of Pricing and Bids & Tenders in the DACH region. You will oversee all relevant processes related to price maintenance, tenders, and contract management for our Pharma and MedTech segments. Together with your teams, you will ensure that offers, prices, and tender documents are accurate, timely, and competitive – directly contributing to Baxter’s sustainable business success.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate the teams for Pricing and Bids & Tenders
• Support the commercial teams in correct submission of Tenders and Non-tender Quotes
• Lead the business through the Tender and Quotation processes efficiently and timely
• Ensure accurate price maintenance and offer management in Salesforce CPQ, ModelN and other relevant systems
• Responsibility for maintaining and documenting price lists, discount agreements, purchasing consortiums, tenders, other agreementsaccurately in the systems
• Responsible for the investigation and resolution of pricing and contracting related issues and disputes
• Support in process and system related improvement projects in the space of Bids and Tenders
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Legal, Finance and external partners
• Ensure the highest quality, compliance, and efficiency in all pricing and tender processes

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Healthcare, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in the Pharma or MedTech sector
• Solid experience in managing tenders and contract processes
• Strong knowledge of price maintenance, discount agreements, purchasing consortiums, and IFA lists
• Proficient in Salesforce and MS Office
• Proven experience in leading operational teams
• Strong results orientation, organizational skills, and assertiveness
