In dieser Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für die Strukturierung und Umsetzung komplexer Finanzierungsprojekte in den Bereichen Agri-PV und Batteriespeicher. Sie verhandeln mit Banken, analysieren Finanzierungsstrukturen und leiten innovative Strategien ein, um das Wachstum des Unternehmens zu unterstützen. Ein M.Sc. in einem relevanten Bereich und fließende Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich.

Aufgaben

• Eigenverantwortliche Strukturierung und Umsetzung komplexer Finanzierungsprojekte.
• Einrichtung einer Revolvierenden Kreditlinie zur Verwaltung der Liquiditätsbedarfe.
• Design und Verhandlung langfristiger Finanzierungslösungen für Batterieprojekte.
• Analyse von Finanzierungsstrukturen und Erstellung von Kreditdossiers.
• Leitung von Verhandlungen mit Banken und Investoren.
• Eng Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und externen Partnern.
• Marktentwicklungen im Bereich erneuerbare Energien verfolgen.

You take full ownership of structuring and executing complex financing projects in renewable energy, with a focus on our Agri-PV and battery storage portfolios.

You establish a revolving credit facility (Kontokorrentkreditlinie) to flexibly manage the short-term liquidity needs of our Agri-PV portfolio.

You design and negotiate long-term financing solutions for our battery storage projects.

You analyze financing structures, build financial models, and prepare credit dossiers for internal and external decision-making.

You lead negotiations with banks, financiers, and investors, and close credit agreements.

You collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth financing processes.

You monitor market developments in renewable energy finance and bring innovative financing instruments into our strategy.

You support financial reporting and cash flow management to optimize liquidity and ensure payment capability.

This role offers you the opportunity to shape the financing framework that enables our growth in the renewable energy sector, combining short‑term liquidity management via a credit line and long‑term project finance expertise.

Ihr Profil

• You have a M.Sc. degree in economics, business administration, industrial engineering, environmental engineering, renewable energy, or a related field.
• You have already gained experience in a fast‑paced environment – for example in another startup or in consulting/banking for at least 12‑24 months.
• You are highly motivated about renewable energy and eager to deepen your expertise.
• You work in a structured, reliable, and solution‑oriented way.
• You have excellent communication skills and enjoy reaching out to people in an outgoing and personable manner.
• You are fluent in German.
