In your role as Associate Operations, you will ensure the smooth execution of operational business processes. As an independent problem solver, you are always open to new challenges and work hands‑on to find tailored solutions. You are constantly looking to further develop our processes and products and are willing to take on projects alongside your day‑to‑day work.

Responsibilities

• Manage the CRX Marketplace to ensure smooth daily financing operations and coordinate external partners for consistent operational excellence
• Handle securities issuances and settlements, and monitor all payment flows related to our securities
• Monitor payment flows and support clients and financing partners in reconciling invoices and payments
• Support our diverse and international customer groups in using the portal and contribute to an excellent user experience
• Work on data processing and analysis tasks to support management decision‑making
• Take on projects aiming at process improvement and further development of our product offerings
• Collaborate closely with our Capital Markets, Account Management, Sales, and Legal departments

Qualifications

• Completed university degree (preferably in business administration or economics; a technical major or minor is advantageous) or completed vocational training in a relevant field (e.g. banking clerk)
• Initial relevant practical experience in banking, financial services, FinTech, or a finance‑oriented area is beneficial
• Motivated and cooperative team player who supports the achievement of team and company goals
• Independent and meticulous working style
• Entrepreneurial mindset and “hands‑on” attitude
• Enthusiasm for disruptive and digital business processes
• Strong IT affinity, good knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office applications
• Experience with Robotic Process Automation or low‑code applications (e.g. UiPath or MS Power Apps) is an advantage
• Excellent German and English language skills; additional foreign language skills are a plus
