A leading outdoor living solutions company in Berlin seeks a Customer Service Specialist for the Danish market. The successful candidate will manage customer inquiries, handle complex issues, and ensure high satisfaction while collaborating with logistics and product teams. Candidates should have 3-5 years in customer service, excellent Danish and English skills, and a proactive mindset. As a Customer Service Specialist for the Danish market, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring an outstanding end-to-end service experience for premium, once-in-a-lifetime outdoor living products. You will handle complex inquiries, provide expert guidance, and play a key role in maintaining high customer satisfaction across the Scandinavian region. Act as the main customer service contact for the Danish market across phone, email, and chat.
Handle complex customer inquiries and escalations professionally, including technical and installation-related questions.
Manage cancellations, claims, returns, and refunds independently, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate closely with logistics partners, transport providers, warehouses, and internal product teams.
Contribute to customer satisfaction and NPS improvement through data maintenance and process optimization.
Native or near-native Danish skills, with strong professional English communication abilities.
3–5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within B2C e-commerce or customer service.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
High IT affinity and the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and systems (experience with Zendesk, Shopify, or Aircall is a plus).
