As Assistant to the President Region Europe, you will be a key partner in supporting the regional leadership team. Your responsibilities include coordinating communication, managing projects from planning to execution with clear timelines, milestones, and progress tracking. Your organizational and presentation skills will ensure efficient strategic initiatives and daily operations.

YOUR ROLE
  • Support the President Region Europe in administrative and strategic tasks such as managing schedules, travel, email correspondence, onboarding, and meeting organization.
  • Coordinate and execute special projects, develop timelines, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and documents for stakeholders, ensuring clarity and visual engagement.
  • Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders across countries and functions.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Assist with budget planning, monitoring, and operational tasks as needed.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent, with relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills for professional presentations.
  • Proven project management abilities, including timelines and stakeholder coordination.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, maintaining composure under pressure.
