Responsibilities
  • Support and further develop existing customer relationships – both from our German office and directly on-site in France (frequent travel)
  • Independent acquisition of new customers and distributors, with a focus on building long-term business relationships
  • Providing technical advice and conducting product presentations and trainings
  • Preparation of offers, sales and contract negotiations through to final agreement
  • Market and competitor analysis
  • Participation in national and international trade fairs
  • Close cooperation with the French sales colleagues as well as the product management and marketing team
  • Preparation of reports for sales management
Qualifications
  • Experience in international sales, ideally in the field of technical products
  • Very good knowledge of French, ideally at native speaker level
  • Very good written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of German is an advantage, but not required.
  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or business degree preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a confident, extroverted personality
  • Independent, well-structured working style and a high willingness to travel
  • Ability to work in a team and the motivation to actively drive WEICON forward
