At the TSMC EU Design Center, you'll work in an exceptional technology and design team to refine your technical and leadership skills within the world's most advanced design service ecosystem. You'll be contributing to the forefront of semiconductor technology, including cutting-edge memory centric AI design solution including but not limited to compute-in-memory, integration of compute-in-memory to neural engine, and embedded memory for AI applications. Your focus will be to assist our leading customers in delivering state-of-the-art products that have a transformative impact on people's lives.
Job Responsibilities
Your work will drive chip innovation by developing and optimizing various aspects of the pre-silicon design flow, including:
1. Developing the integration of compute-in-memory to neural engines.
2. Collaborating closely with customers on STCO.
(1) Co-design of hardware and software architectures to maximize efficiency.
(2) Integrating technology-specific insights into system-level decision-making.
(3) Achieving synergy across key areas, including energy efficiency, computational throughput, thermal management, and manufacturability.
Job Qualifications
1. Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
2. 10+ years of experience in product or program management, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing AI hardware for real-world applications, and a proven track record of successful deployment in production environments.
3. Exceptional organizational, analytical, and influencing skills.
4. Practical experience working with Generative AI (GenAI) models.
