Warehouse Manager in Richmond, BC

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead and manage daily warehouse activities. This role is crucial in maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment while ensuring productivity and efficiency. You will collaborate with various teams to deliver exceptional customer service and drive continuous improvement.

• Allocate daily warehouse tasks through Supervisors to all team members,
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
• Review daily productivity and manage variable labor to support the workload.
• Create a positive work environment and motivate employees by leading by example.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Sales teams to understand and deliver customer-driven service results.
• Organize and manage warehouse floor space and facility yard space flow.
• Plan and forecast labor needs
• Review and revise processes based on business requirements to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure all warehouse equipment is serviced according to their PM schedule.
• Manage relationships with warehouse vendors, including building maintenance, equipment repairs, and material supply companies.
• Work closely with the management team for customer management and onboarding new customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Excellent numerical skills and emotional intelligence.
• Positive, motivated, and excellent at time management with the ability to prioritize.
• Multitasking abilities and strong KPI management.
• Ability to follow and give directions.
• Logistics and warehouse management experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in supervision, warehouse operation, LTL trucking, or transport experience
• Schooling in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Forklift certification and TDG knowledge.

The standard shift is from 7:00 AM/8:00 AM, typically lasting 9 hours with self-managed breaks.

Salary is dependent on experience and is decided after interview, $80,000-$90,000 annual

This is a Permanent position based out of Richmond, British Columbia.

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Richmond,BC.
