Our Global Distribution teams are part of our Supply Chain organization. They support lululemon’s purpose by fulfilling our products to guests through retail stores and ecommerce. Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager, the Warehouse Operations Supervisor oversees all DC operations for a particular shift/process within a facility. They coach the Warehouse Operations Floor Leads and associates to develop talent and build a strong pipeline through vision, goals, coaching, and feedback.
The schedule for this position is Sunday-Thursday, 10pm-6:30am.
Responsibilities
- Directs and oversees all aspects of an assigned shift or process within a DC department.
- Supports manager in creating and implementing departmental operating and strategic plans to drive continuous improvements.
- Coaches and develops up to 25 hourly team members and others during peak season, including Floor Leads, Warehouse Associates, Forklift Drivers, and Data Administrators.
- Manages the hourly employee lifecycle (hiring, training, performance management, rewards, recognition, offboarding, etc.).
- Oversees execution of department work tasks to meet target metrics and SLAs (pick, pack, ship, receive, transfer, etc.).
- Manages daily labor planning and reallocates labor as needed.
- Supports weekly workforce planning, including requesting labor from agency partners and Talent Acquisition.
- Partners with DC Workforce Administrators on timekeeping for hourly direct reports (attendance tracking).
- Communicates with agency vendors on employee performance, staffing, and feedback.
- Partners with Health and Safety and P and C on employee concerns.
- Maintains effective communication flow to the hourly workforce.
- Ensures compliance with Labor Laws and Health and Safety requirements within the department.
- Champions and leads through lululemon’s IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Action) initiatives and values.
Qualifications
- Bachelors/Associates degree in engineering, supply chain, logistics, operations or relevant on-the-job experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
- 2+ years leading a team of hourly employees.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with automation or MHE and labor management system.
- Ability to obtain a powered industrial truck (PIT) operator certification if required.
- Effective communication with team and business partners.
- Ability to adapt to third-party technologies (RF scanners, voice picking, new systems).
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently and maintain a safe work environment.
- Flexible schedule including nights, holidays, some weekends, and occasional after-hours requirements.

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are pay-for-performance and recognize exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is $88,200–$115,700 annually; base pay is based on market location and may vary with knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. Workplace Arrangement
In-Person. In-person collaboration and office-based work is necessary and important for this role. Work is performed onsite, 5 days a week, depending on role requirements.
