On behalf of our Canadian partner Ultimate Golf & Leisure, we at Vice Golf are supporting the search for a highly motivated and experienced Commission Sales Representative (all genders welcome) to join their commission-based national sales team in Canada. While the focus is on key markets such as British Columbia (especially Vancouver), Alberta (especially Calgary), and Québec (especially Montréal), the position is open to candidates from across the country – outstanding talent is welcome no matter the region.

Responsibilities
  • Represent and promote Ultimate Golf & Leisure’s portfolio of premium golf products (clubs, balls, apparel, accessories) to green grass retailers, golf clubs, and pro shops.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and clearly communicate product specifications and brand USPs to existing and potential accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, managing all aspects from order intake to delivery coordination and after-sales support.
  • Monitor and report sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback through digital tools.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region and across Canada.
  • Travel frequently to meet with customers and attend industry events (up to 80%).
Your Scorecard / Qualifications
  • Proven track record in commission-based B2B sales, ideally with 3+ years of experience in the golf industry.
  • Existing relationships with Canadian golf retailers and pro shops highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of the Canadian golf landscape and consumer behavior.
  • Effective communicator and presenter, with the ability to sell and report with confidence.
  • Tech-savvy, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
  • Experience in golf club fitting or club sales is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Compensation
