Job Duties:
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule employee activities
- Plan, manage and evaluate restaurant and food service operations
- Establish staff work schedules and monitor performance
- Develop and implement customer service standards and operational procedures
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Balance cash, prepare balance sheets, and complete cash reports and related documents
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Manage inventory, monitor revenues, and adjust procedures and pricing as needed
- Recruit and train staff, and oversee staff training
Job requirements:
- Experience: 2~3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
