Job Duties:
· Oversee and evaluate the overall operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient management of food and beverage services.
· Define the scope of services offered and establish operational policies and procedures accordingly.
· Negotiate and coordinate agreements with suppliers to secure food and essential supplies.
· Hire, train, and supervise staff to maintain high service standards.
· Plan and manage work schedules to optimize staff productivity and operational efficiency.
· Monitor inventory levels and financial performance, making necessary adjustments as required.
· Handle customer complaints and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Job requirements:
· Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required
· Education: Completion of secondary school is required
