A major electricity provider in Ontario is seeking a Training and Development Coordinator to assist in the design and development of training programs for technical staff. The successful candidate will have a university education and experience in the electrical field. This role includes responsibilities like developing training materials and evaluating training effectiveness, alongside providing exceptional customer service. The position is based in Orangeville, Ontario, and offers a diverse working environment.

- Knowledge of electricity, vehicle mechanics, physics, and power systems.
- Field experience in electrical technical areas.
- Experience in developing and delivering training both asynchronously and synchronously.
Responsabilités
- Assist in the design and development of training programs.
- Conduct training evaluations and prepare confidential reports on students' performance.
- Work with external training delivery agents.
