As Senior Advisor, Growth and Implementation, you will play a key role in coordinating and accelerating cross‑selling initiatives in collaboration with business units and the Global Client Experience sector, in a matrix environment focused on results.

What you’ll accomplish with us
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders and stakeholders to execute client growth initiatives and ensure consistent implementation in a matrix environment.
  • Clarify opportunities, needs, and success factors for each initiative to align objectives.
  • Organize meetings and workshops with experts to define and present business objectives and requirements.
  • Produce an overview of projects and prepare clear, concise progress reports for governance bodies and senior management.
  • Act as a catalyst for change to accelerate the delivery of a comprehensive offer to clients.
  • Oversee the production, delivery, and quality of deliverables related to growth projects, ensuring compliance.
