We are searching for a Part Time Concierge to join our Parkland Ancaster team based in Ancaster, Ontario.

About the Opportunity
- Manage resident relations and provide excellent service to residents and visitors
- Communicate professionally with all residents, guests, and staff
- Respond promptly to resident issues and concerns, taking appropriate action
- Promote services and facilities of Parkland to residents
- Maintain a visible and accessible profile within the community
- Provide information and respond to inquiries from residents, visitors, and staff; refer to appropriate personnel as needed
- Coordinate taxi and shuttle bookings for residents and communicate with Chauffeur and Door Attendant
- Support other departments including dining, sales, maintenance, housekeeping, and chauffeur services
- Receive all packages / deliveries and assist residents with luggage and parcels
- Manage access control and the main entrance in cooperation with the Door Attendant
- Ensure resident satisfaction and follow up on service concerns
- Promote a safety culture by identifying hazards, following safety protocols, and supporting safe work practices
- Adhere to all standards of conduct, policies, and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
About You
- Passionate about working with seniors, with experience in Retirement Living or hospitality
- High school diploma or GED; Office Administration / Secretarial diploma or degree preferred
- 1-2 years’ experience in client services or administration
- Strong customer service, communication, and computer skills
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset
