Job Description

The Senior Analyst, Analytics & Strategy is responsible for supporting revenue management efforts, maintaining and building analytical models, assisting the development and execution of strategy and tactics that drive organizational goals, preparing analyses for senior leadership, and conducting qualitative and quantitative assessments.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who combines business acumen with technical and analytical expertise to create meaningful impact — from the analytics perspective, uncovering, communicating, and implementing actionable insights; from the strategy perspective, contributing to the development, communication, and tracking of strategic priorities.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Strategy, the Senior Analyst will work closely with various business units across the organization and have exposure to senior management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Analytics
  • Play a key role in the updates and maintenance of revenue management model, and assist in building new models as required
  • Conduct research and data analyses, and gain a deep understanding of partner contracts, to identify trends, validate assumptions, and translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Enable Ensemble's reporting on production by member by partner to drive higher production and therefore higher profitability
  • Lead in attribution of members brought in by the BD team to ensure partners are capturing production volume by new members
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to improve data quality, collection, and reporting processes
  • Support strategic planning efforts by collaborating with key stakeholders to understand business goals, opportunities, and performance drivers
  • Partner with business units to develop and monitor KPIs for initiatives and projects, helping track progress toward company objectives
  • Prepare management presentations and deliverables, including business cases, monthly / quarterly performance reviews, and other executive updates
  • Support the organization in establishing governance and cadence on prioritization
Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Engineering or a related field
  • A minimum of 2 years of work experience in strategy and/or analytics
  • Ownership mentality, a curious mind, and can-do attitude
  • High attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel skills, including working with large datasets and complex financial or operational models
  • Hands‑on experience with SQL, Power BI or other data visualization tools an asset
  • Great PowerPoint skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information clearly and effectively for leadership audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
  • Low ego, strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and evolving requirements
