Annual wage range : $35568 - $53456

Steele Auto Group is dedicated to helping our apprentices in the Automotive and Collision Trades through every stage of their apprenticeship! With our Road to Red Seal program youll receive Level Bonuses and a Salary Top-Up Plan to support you as you progress through each apprenticeship block.

Level Bonuses :

• Level 1 to 4 : Bonuses paid upon successful completion of each level
• Red Seal : Red Seal Certification Bonus

Salary Top-Up Plan :

Steele Auto Group\'s Salary Top-Up Plan helps ease your financial burden during apprenticeship blocks by providing a percentage of your previous hourly rate while youre off work attending your training.

Please note that for health and safety a clean-shaven face is required for proper sealing on CSA-approved respirators. If this poses an issue let us know and well accommodate where possible.
