A geophysical survey company in Ottawa is seeking a Fixed Wing Technology Technician responsible for supporting the calibration, maintenance, and repair of geophysical instruments. This role involves configuring instruments, adhering to safety policies, and providing field support when necessary. The ideal candidate will have an Electronics Technologist/Technician Diploma and at least three years of relevant experience, alongside strong troubleshooting skills and a mechanical aptitude. Flexibility to travel for short-term field support is essential.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience working in electronics.
  • Ability to read schematics.
  • Familiarity with electronic diagnostic equipment.
