Qualifications
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial reporting at an intermediate level.
- Excellent written/oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate to various audiences.
- Knowledge of and experience in a rate-regulated environment is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the general ledger and review account balances.
- Manage monthly and quarterly close and reporting processes.
- Support corporate consolidation and investigate intercompany differences.
- Ensure appropriate recording of pension and benefit entitlements.
- Provide quarterly variance analysis to external auditors.
