You are a seasoned Superintendent with over 8 years of field operations experience working in multi-disciplinary large-scale, residential, and commercial projects. You will lead a team of superintendents for a complex project, ensuring adherence to company standards for safety, scheduling, budget, quality control, and client satisfaction. You will leverage your industry expertise to achieve project goals while contributing to the organization’s long-term success.

1. Oversee staff to ensure the successful delivery of a complex commercial construction project to completion.
2. Ensure field staff are equipped with resources to complete projects according to plans, specifications, and codes, while strictly following safety regulations.
3. Participate in pre-bid and preconstruction processes regarding site layout, logistics, scheduling, and workforce planning.
4. Collaborate with safety personnel to ensure adherence to safety programs and policies.
5. Follow Ledcor’s Construction Operations Manual and develop the Project Quality Program (PQP), ensuring PEP conformance.
6. Review and maintain schedules, meet milestones, identify delays, and lead solutions.
7. Promote site safety, including subcontractor compliance and safety plans.
8. Oversee equipment care and maintenance, maximizing use and proper return.
9. Participate in hiring, manage hourly employees, and handle job costing documentation.
10. Maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to meet needs and foster future opportunities.
11. Support Ledcor’s core values of safety, quality, integrity, sustainability, and success.

• Over 8 years of construction experience as a Superintendent or similar role, with proven leadership skills.
• Experience with high-rise residential, healthcare, data centers, aircraft hangars, and complex projects.
• Relevant trade certifications or education combined with industry experience.
• Deep knowledge of safety standards, OH&S, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with ability to work with senior management.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction practices, documentation, scheduling, and industry technologies.
• Proven coaching and team development skills.
• Ability to anticipate problems and develop innovative solutions.

• Site-based position in Vancouver, BC.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Successful pre-employment drug and alcohol test.

$122,400 - $168,300 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
