This position provides a full range of executive services and support to the Field Unit Superintendent. The primary responsibility is to effectively manage the office. Given the nature of this work, we seek an individual who can accurately and professionally manage changing priorities and sensitive situations. Abilities sought include attention to detail, sound judgment, discretion, computer competency, and effective interpersonal skills. Other duties include communicating with field unit managers and team members, National Office colleagues, stakeholders and the public; scheduling meetings; making travel arrangements; and the preparation and handling of sensitive documents, files and dockets.
