The following duties provide an overview of the primary responsibilities of the Sr Coordinator / Support Team and are not all-inclusive:
Production Order Management:
- Coordinate and follow production orders through completion to meet quality, delivery, and cost targets.
- Review and release production orders daily to optimize shop floor efficiency.
- Accurately evaluate and enter production data using approved software.
- Report problems or delays immediately to relevant teams to prevent schedule disruptions.
- Manage receipts and returns of raw materials via approved software.
- Collaborate with Quality Control to resolve claims and ensure proper inspections.
- Ensure effectiveness of corrective actions and team compliance.
- Follow up to meet quality and production standards based on customer needs.
Production Performance Management:
- Assess yields, downtime, and defects of raw materials and finished goods.
- Monitor preventive maintenance and machine conditions, assisting with repairs and improvements.
- Support a culture of continuous improvement aligned with quality, safety, and productivity policies.
- Promote safety and educate employees on safe job practices.
- Conduct cost analyses to identify savings opportunities.
Safety Responsibilities:
All employees must actively participate in safety by attending training, reporting incidents, and following safety procedures.
Food Safety Responsibilities:
Maintain understanding of food safety policies, GMP, HACCP, and industry standards. Report non-conformities promptly.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, and safety standards.
- Minimum 3 years in manufacturing or production preferred.
- Fluent in Korean.
Additional Requirements:
Senior IC experience preferred. Key skills include time management, customer support, case management, and familiarity with social work and dispute resolution.
