A leading SaaS company in Montreal is seeking a Global Senior Manager of Payroll and Benefits to evolve their strategies for payroll and benefits across multiple countries. This role involves managing a high-performing team, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvements. Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of experience in payroll management, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in international payroll operations.

As the Global Senior Manager, Payroll & Benefits, you will own and evolve the global payroll and benefits strategy for a rapidly scaling, multinational SaaS company. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will lead end-to-end payroll operations across North America and international markets, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency while driving continuous process improvement and systems optimization.
You’ll act as a key strategic partner to Finance, People Operations, and Executive Leadership—helping MaintainX scale its global workforce with confidence, while fostering a best-in-class employee experience.
