Job summary

A leading technology firm in Toronto is seeking a Release Train Engineer. The role involves managing and optimizing the flow of value through releases, facilitating various agile ceremonies, and collaborating with multiple teams. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree, relevant certifications, and a strong background in Agile methodologies. This position requires at least 1 year of experience in a coaching or consultant role and is pivotal in driving continuous improvement across teams.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience as a Coach, Product Manager, or Scrum Master.
  • Certified SAFE Release Train Engineer (RTE) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) required.
  • 3-5+ years Agile related experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the flow of value through releases.
  • Facilitate PI Readiness and System Demos.
  • Provide input on required resourcing for the release.
