A retail company is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor in Canada to engage with customers on lease agreements and payment collections. This role involves direct interaction with clients to ensure satisfaction, promoting agreement renewals, and managing account information. Ideal candidates will possess strong interpersonal skills and have retail or customer service experience. The position offers competitive hourly pay along with various benefits including paid time off and medical insurance.
The salary range for this role is $13.50 to $14.25 per hour. * This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance.
Aaron’s Customer Account Advisors serve as coaches to our customer, driving payment collections and lease agreement renewals by understanding lease agreement benefits and ensuring customers are 100% satisfied with the product. As a Customer Account Advisor, you will build relationships with our customers over the phone and face-to-face to help bring them one-step closer to ownership.
