Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Engineering Architecture & Integration:
  • Develop and maintain enterprise architecture for digital engineering, integrating key technologies such as PLM, CAD, Building Information Modeling (BIM), Geographic Information Systems (GIS), loT, digital twins, and advanced analytics.
  • Lead the design, selection, and implementation of engineering systems and platforms (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, SAP PLM, Autodesk, Bentley, Aveva, Hexagon, ESRI, etc.) to enable seamless data management, collaboration, and lifecycle traceability.
  • Architect solutions that connect engineering design, construction, commissioning, and operations data for end-to-end asset visibility and integrity.
  • Define and govern engineering data models, standards, and integration patterns to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee the adoption and integration of advanced technologies such as digital twins, 3D/4D visualization, loT-enabled monitoring, and model-based systems engineering (MBSE).
  • Solution Delivery, Process Optimization & Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Analyze and translate complex business and engineering requirements into digital solutions that enhance project delivery, asset management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with EPC partners and internal teams to optimize engineering workflows, reduce rework, and accelerate project timelines.
  • Facilitate workshops, training, and knowledge transfer sessions for engineering and project teams.
  • Ensure digital engineering solutions align with governance, cybersecurity, and data management standards.
  • Project Management & Agile Delivery:
  • Work closely with project managers, scrum masters, and engineering leads to ensure successful delivery of digital engineering workstreams.
  • Support agile ceremonies, project planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
