North Vancouver Pet Hospital is a small hospital seeking a senior RVT to join our team!
There is opportunity for growth within this role to develop patient care protocols and expand our scope of medicine beyond standard GP skills with our new veterinarian who joined a few months ago.

Our ideal Lead Registered Veterinary Technologist (RVT) is an experienced RVT capable of assisting with the leadership of the practice and team. We seek someone who can build positive client relationships by demonstrating genuine care and compassion towards clients and their pets, maintaining respect in all interactions, and providing exceptional customer service. The RVT also assists veterinarians with medical, surgical, and dental procedures, using diagnostic equipment, preparing patients and instruments for surgery, and administering and monitoring medicines under the veterinarian's supervision. Additionally, the Lead RVT will help train other team members.

Expected Wage Range: $25.96 - $32.75/hr

• Registered Veterinary Technician or Technologist
• Successfully completed a 2- or 3-year accredited Canadian Veterinary or Animal Health Technology Diploma Program
• Passed the VTNE or eligible to write it
• In good standing with the Provincial Regulatory Association
