• Monitor the Funding Requests inbox daily and respond to requests, inquiries, and miscellaneous items promptly.
• Accurately process funding-related accounting entries, ensuring all entries balance.
• Flag and track funding request emails based on their scheduled funding date, and mark requests as complete once processed.
• Escalate issues, discrepancies, or unusual items to the Capital Markets Specialist II for resolution.
• Complete miscellaneous accounting entries as assigned.
• Assist with research tasks using internal systems and reporting tools.
• Maintain organized records of processed entries and supporting documentation.
• Adhere to applicable laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), and report irregularities promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred prior banking, bookkeeping, or accounting experience.

• Some mobility and use of hands.
• Good vision.
• Effective communication skills.

Hours: 10 am - 4 pm (Mon - Fri)

Supervised by: Director of Capital Markets
