We are seeking a highly organized Program Coordinator with exceptional documentation and communication skills to support executive-level reporting and cross-functional program delivery. This role is ideal for someone who excels at translating complex inputs into clear, structured, and visually compelling materials for senior leadership.

Role Overview

As a Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting program governance, leadership updates, and documentation management. You will collaborate across teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely communication of program milestones, risks, and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop executive-ready presentations, reports, and updates that communicate program status, priorities, and business impact
  • Coordinate documentation across multiple workstreams to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Manage and organize content in Confluence for easy access and team collaboration
  • Track program activities, milestones, and deliverables using JIRA
  • Partner with program leads, product managers, and stakeholders to gather inputs and produce clear, actionable materials
  • Support meeting coordination, action tracking, and follow-ups to drive program momentum
  • Ensure all documentation aligns with organizational standards and leadership expectations
