As the Program Coordinator you will play a critical leadership role within our Senior Staff team overseeing the planning coordination and delivery of high-quality camp programming. You will lead program staff, support camper engagement and help create a safe inclusive and inspiring environment where campers and staff alike can thrive. This is an active vacancy and the successful candidate will make an immediate and meaningful impact by supporting daily programming operations, staff leadership and emergency response—helping ensure Camp Stephens remains a place where individuals and communities continue to Shine On.

HOW youll create Moments that Matter:
You will oversee the planning, coordination and delivery of all in-camp programming, providing day-to-day leadership and coaching to the Program Team and Specialist Staff to ensure engaging, high-quality experiences and a positive inclusive team culture. As a member of the Senior Staff team you will play a key role in risk management and camper safety by ensuring program areas meet safety standards, inspections are completed and child protection policies and duty-to-report obligations are consistently upheld while stepping into operational leadership as needed including emergency response and acting in the absence of the Camp Director. You will also support the administrative and strategic success of Camp Stephens through staff onboarding, scheduling, parent communication, performance evaluations, budget oversight and end-of-season reporting, driving program excellence, accountability and continuous improvement.
