Job summary
A leading restaurant chain is seeking a skilled manager who can develop budgets, oversee staff, and ensure compliance with health regulations. Candidates must have 1 to 2 years of experience in restaurant management and the ability to train and supervise a team. This position offers 30 hours of work per week with a permanent contract.

Education
College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
- Evaluate daily operations
- Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
- Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
- Monitor staff performance
- Plan and organize daily operations
