What You’ll Be Doing
  • Master our training program and follow our proven processes for success.
  • Close sales and crush targets – every deal you land drives your income higher.
  • Generate leads and build relationships with brokers, sales agents, and purchasers consistently – no opportunities left behind.
  • Conduct consultations and tours with purchasers, brokers and agents with professionalism and confidence.
  • Own the pre-construction sales process, from first contact to signed agreements.
  • Guide purchasers through the pre-construction sales process while upholding our service standards.
  • Attend regular team huddles with full engagement.
  • Master our CRM and sales tools to track your pipeline and keep deals moving.
What You Bring
  • A relentless, hunter’s mindset – you chase opportunities and don’t wait for them to come to you.
  • Proven closing ability (pre-construction experience is a plus, but not mandatory if you can sell).
  • Willingness to build and maintain expertise in the condo market, financing and GTHA communities.
  • Strong negotiation skills to deliver the best results for purchasers and Adi.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to connect quickly with people.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and put in the hours needed to close deals.
  • Real estate license not required (existing licenses must be parked).
