A food industry client is seeking a Sales Representative in Delta, BC, responsible for achieving foodservice sales targets. This role involves customer service excellence, developing existing accounts, and acquiring new business. Candidates must have at least 1 year of sales experience, fluency in a second language, and strong analytical skills. Competitive salary with commission and career growth opportunities are offered.

Reports To: Sales Manager
Responsible for achieving foodservice sales volume, revenue, and profitability targets within the assigned territory by delivering superior customer service, developing existing accounts, and acquiring new business opportunities.
Achieve sales volume, revenue, and profitability goals for the assigned territory.
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with foodservice clients.
Grow existing business through effective selling and execution of monthly sales priorities.
Prospect, identify, and acquire new foodservice accounts.
Cross-sell across multiple product categories including Produce, Condiments, Beverages, Dried Goods, Meat, Packaging Materials, Frozen Seafood, and other frozen products.
Execute and support local marketing initiatives and promotions to strengthen brand presence and drive performance.
Prepare reports, maintain accurate customer records, and provide market feedback to management.
Minimum 1 year of direct, fact-based sales experience (foodservice or consumer products preferred).
Existing foodservice customer network is a strong asset.
Fluency in a second language such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, or Vietnamese is required.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
Competitive base salary plus commission
