A local community organization in Banff is seeking a BVPN Coordinator to enhance the growth and visibility of the Bow Valley Pride Network. The role includes managing operations, building partnerships, and promoting community inclusion through workshops and events. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for effectively engaging members and stakeholders. This position is instrumental in fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in the area.
Qualifications
- Experience in community engagement or similar roles.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsabilités
- Drive growth and visibility of the Bow Valley Pride Network.
- Manage day-to-day operations and outreach to business members.
- Support program logistics for workshops and community learning.
- Track engagement metrics and deliverables.
