A leading security service provider is seeking an Administrator for Training & Onboarding at Vancouver International Airport. This role includes managing training records, scheduling training sessions, and ensuring compliance with client expectations. Candidates should have post-secondary education and 1-2 years of relevant administration experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are required. Reporting to the Training and Development Manager, the Administrator, Training and Onboarding is the central point of contact for the Training department. This role will assume responsibility for training and training records compliance in line with client expectations. The Administrator, Training & Onboarding will also be responsible for planning and coordinating training, allocating training resources as required, assisting with the development of training programs as required, providing administrative support, and acting as a liaison between CATSA and the Aviation division.
Salary: $55,000
This position is fully based at Vancouver International Airport (YVR).
