Job Summary

Join our Data Science team, a product-driven innovation hub reshaping the online and in-store shopping experience. As the Data & AI Product Lead, you'll own the development and delivery of data science products that have real, measurable business impact. You'll bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring that every solution we build is deployed, adopted, and continuously improved. Working closely with colleagues across E-commerce and brick and mortar, you'll help bring next-generation data products from concept to production, enhancing forecasting, allocation, and the customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Define and lead the day-to-day strategy and roadmap for data science products, including quarterly planning and milestone presentations;
  • Translate complex business challenges into actionable product requirements and prioritize and document initiatives using Jira and Confluence;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teammates, including data scientists, engineers, QA, analysts, and business stakeholders to bring products from concept to production;
  • Own the product backlog and sprint planning to ensure alignment with Agile best practices and strategic milestones;
  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI and data products, ensuring quality, scalability, and successful adoption;
  • Establish and track success metrics to guide post-launch iteration and continuous improvement;
  • Communicate ideas, progress, and impact clearly across both technical and business teams.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or delivery in data/AI, with a proven track record of bringing products from development to production;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, iterate, and scale data science products to ensure lasting adoption and business impact;
  • Strong hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile frameworks for managing product cycles;
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end data science development workflows, including problem framing, data analysis, and performance monitoring;
  • Highly organized, analytical, and outcome-driven, with a focus on delivering measurable value;
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable translating between technical and business audiences;
  • Experience in retail, fashion, or supply chain is a strong asset, but not required.
Benefits
  • A comprehensive compensation package that includes performance-driven bonuses;
  • A group retirement savings program with employer matching;
  • Flexible group insurance with personalized coverage that meets your needs;
  • An employee discount at Garage and Dynamite;
  • Exclusive private sample sales;
  • A flexible vacation policy;
  • And more!
