A municipality in Ontario seeks a Manager of Taxation to oversee property taxation processes, including billing, collections, and assessment management. The candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with legislative requirements and lead a team responsible for the City's taxation programs. Qualificações
- Minimum 5 years of experience in municipal property tax billing and collections.
- Experience supervising staff for at least 3 years.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsabilidades
- Manage the City's property taxation process, including billing and collections.
- Coordinate with Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC) for assessment changes.
- Supervise Taxation staff to ensure quality service.
