Job summary
A leading mortgage provider in Toronto is seeking a highly motivated Mortgage Underwriter to manage mortgage deals and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in mortgage underwriting, preferably in a brokerage, and must possess a mortgage license. - 3+ years of experience as a Mortgage Underwriter, preferably within a Brokerage.
- Able to work efficiently in a Mac-based environment using multiple software platforms.
- Driven, self-starter, and organized great communicator.
Responsibilities
- Manage mortgage deals, underwriting, and approval processes.
- Provide advice and solutions to clients to meet their needs.
- Complete and assess mortgage applications and perform credit checks.
