Job Title: Multi-Skilled Technician
Language Requirements: Bilingual (French/English) or French-speaking only
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Work Arrangement: Onsite, full-time

About the Role:
My client is seeking a full-time Multi-Skilled Technician to join their team at a large, secured, and climate-controlled manufacturing facility in Bromont, QC. This is a permanent opportunity for a hands-on, mechanically inclined professional who thrives in a structured and team-oriented environment.

Work Environment:

• Highly secured, air-conditioned, and clean manufacturing plant

• Facility spans approximately 900,000 sq. ft., situated on 500 acres of land

• Team-based setting with on-site support

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance tasks, including fence and ventilator repairs

• Replace motors, adjust fan belts, and handle other mechanical issues

• Engage in physically demanding, hands-on maintenance work

• No electrical or HVAC responsibilities required (handled by separate teams)

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in general maintenance

• Valid driver's license (site not accessible by public transportation)

• Designation in Electromechanics (preferred title in Quebec)

• Ability to work independently and complete a variety of manual tasks

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Welding experience

Experience:

• A few years of relevant, hands-on maintenance experience

Education:

• High School Diploma required

• Electromechanics degree or certification is a strong asset

Technical Skills:

• Basic computer literacy (for reporting, emails, task tracking, etc.)
