Responsibilities
- Reviewproduction schedules, processes, specifications and relatedinformation.
- Designmanufacturing processes to maximize efficiency and minimizewaste.
- Develop andimplement process improvements and technology upgrades.
- Design controlsystems to minimize production costs and problems.
- Develop designand manufacturing standards in conjunction with management andstaff use.
- Make lists ofsupplies and equipment, purchase orders, analyze costs, andestimate production costs.
- Design thefacility layout and determine staffing requirements.
- Train employeeson new procedures and provide instructions and manuals.
- Manage processdocumentation and prepare production reports.
- Performmanufacturing and assembly tasks for assigned products.
- Perform qualitychecks on the functionality of parts and components.
- Added finishingtouches to the look of the component.
- Optimizeproduction efficiency by adjusting machine and equipment settingsas needed.
- Make minorrepairs and report problems in a timely manner.

Requirements
- Requires anIndustrial Engineering degree or related field.
- Relevant workexperience.
- Thoroughunderstanding of production machinery, processes and standards.

- Strongcommunication and presentation skills.
- Troubleshootingskills and attention to detail.
- Documentationand organizational skills.
- Proficient inMS Office and AutoCAD.
- At least twoyears of experience as a production technician.
- Knowledge ofmanufacturing processes in a related industry is preferred.
- Extensiveexperience in implementing quality control procedures andmaintaining production standards.
- Solid technicaland mechanical skills.
- Excellentorganization and time management skills.
- Excellentcommunication and cooperation skills.

Terms of Employment:
- 40 hours perweek

Salary: $34.86 - $45.00 per hour
