The Regional Sales Manager is a key contributor to driving innovation in the manufacturing industry. This role is responsible for understanding, developing, and growing revenue in their assigned region. The Regional Sales Manager is a key, front-line person who performs numerous duties (selling, coaching, training, problem-solving, listening, and more) to cultivate sales success in their assigned region. The Regional Sales Manager is key in building a healthy client base for both the U.S. and Canadian operations. This person is responsible for knowing the Flexpipe and 80/20 business model and using it throughout daily conversation and learning how to talk about our company's mission and vision while sharing the company culture.
