Qualifications

  • Experience in Health Care Management.
  • Experience in multiple HR disciplines, including recruitment & labour law.
  • Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for HR services for operational leaders.
  • Support operational leaders in achieving their business goals with key HR services.
  • Ensure HR is a key partner in strategy formulation and implementation.
