Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints or misconduct allegations.

Skills

Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
  • Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate recordkeeping
  • Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on HR policies and procedures
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints or misconduct allegations
  • Develop and deliver HR training programs for employees and managers
