The Registered Nurse:
• Provides nursing care to patients, both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Enhances quality of life for patients and their families; collaborates with healthcare providers
• Demonstrates continuous improvement and evidence-based practice in nursing
• Maintains and advances own clinical competence
• Participates in hospital committees, teams, and research projects as assigned

Effective April 1, 2024, the hourly wage ranges from $41.42 to $55.91.

Qualifications
Education, Training, and Experience:
• Graduation from an approved School of Nursing with current registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM). For out-of-province nurses, please visit the BCCNM website for registration transfer info.
• CPR certification within the last 3 years
