This one-year maternity leave contract offers an excellent opportunity to step into a vital role within the Environmental and Regulatory Practice Group. The successful Legal Assistant will coordinate workflow, support daily operations, and contribute to high‑level client service. This position provides exposure to complex legal work, opportunities to develop advanced administrative skills, and the chance to be part of a cohesive and high‑performing national team.
Working closely with lawyers, administrative teams, and the department’s Team Leader, the Legal Assistant will manage legal administrative workflows, coordinate document production, maintain files and records, and serve as a central communication point for internal and external stakeholders. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong multitasking abilities, and the ability to anticipate the needs of a busy litigation practice.
