• Analyze and communicate financial results with senior account and client leads.
• Oversee revenue and expenses for clients and their respective projects, driving financial success.
• Collaborate with various teams to meet client needs and manage financial requirements.
• Generate and manage monthly client invoices with precision and efficiency.
• Maintain and manage the company’s time‑tracking and billing systems.
• Forecast, track, and manage client budgets to maximize performance.
• Work closely with project managers to report and analyze project budgets, ensuring they align with financial goals.
• Assess project billing efficiencies, realizations, and utilizations, helping identify growth opportunities.
• Review and manage accounts receivable for specific clients, ensuring timely collections.
• Support and mentor other financial team members as needed, fostering growth and collaboration.

• A degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent work experience.
• 2‑3 years of experience in finance or accounting, ideally in a fast‑paced environment.
• Exceptional computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Microsoft D365 or equivalent financial accounting system considered an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to multitask and adapt in a flexible environment.
