A leading hospitality services company is hiring an Assistant Camp Director in Canada. This role involves overseeing operations at multiple remote camp facilities, managing employees, ensuring customer satisfaction, and preparing operational budgets. Candidates should have at least three years of management experience, preferably in remote camps or hospitality, along with strong leadership and communication skills. Previous experience in a unionized environment is a plus. Room and board provided while at camp, with travel expenses covered.

As Assistant Camp Director, you will assist the Camp Director in operating the facilities, which includes the following responsibilities: guest services, reporting, commissary, kitchen/food service, and maintenance. Your task will be to effectively manage the employees and resources at your disposal.
This position is multi-site in nature, involving management and coordination across multiple locations.
Ability and willingness to travel/work away from home on extended rotations.
